BUILDING INDUSTRY CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL: Siusan initiated, designed and wrote the research report for the Victorian commercial construction industry, which investigated employee wellbeing across the sector. In the process she unified key stakeholders in the sector to participate and endorse a world first research process.

BUILDING COMMISSION 'Life Balance' WORKPLACE POLICY: Siusan devised and directed the Commission's 'Life Balance' workplace policy, taking it from rhetoric to reality by preparing communication tools and tactics, engaging over 50 percent of the Commission's staff as participants in problem solving groups. As a result, new work arrangement policies and guidelines saw the organisation acknowledged as a benchmark for an 'employer of choice'.

ANSETT RESTRUCTURE: From 1999-2000 Ansett’s Engineering Business Unit undertook a major organisational change management program. The timing of this coincided with EBA negotiations and the merger with Air New Zealand. Erica consulted to Ansett as the project’s communications co-ordinator, where her role was to ensure the change agenda was supported by effective and integrated communications and change management strategies tightly targeted at specific stakeholders. Her communications strategy was influential in causing those stakeholders to accept and adopt change with minimal resistance.
