ROSEMARY specialises in issues management, corporate image protection and large-scale community information campaigns. In recent years, Rosemary has recently consulted to organisations including VicTrack, Department for Planning & Community Development, Department of Infrastructure, Department of Justice, Chisholm Institute of TAFE, RUSAL, Foster’s Brewing Group, Transurban and Vencorp.
She has devised campaigns for issues as diverse as transport, infrastructure development, electricity privatisation, public health issues, public share offers and water reform policy. Rosemary co-managed the communications program for CFA in 2001-02 in response to the Coronial Inquest into the deaths of five young firefighters at Linton. In 1997, Rosemary led the crisis management campaign to handle the extortion threat against Arnott’s Biscuits.

ERICA has more than 20 years experience in public relations, specialising in corporate communications, issues management and marketing. Recently, Erica has provided communication counsel to Department for Planning & Community Development, Department of Infrastructure, Department of Justice and Chisholm Institute of TAFE. Previously, Erica was contracted part-time as stakeholder advisor to the Department of Primary Industries’ Marketing & Communications Unit.
Erica has also provided strategic public relations advice and support for leading developer the MAB Corporation including its NewQuay precinct, University Hill project and various business parks in Victoria. Key projects Erica has previously worked on include the Centenary of Federation (launch of the Victorian program of events); the Country Fire Authority (statewide communications campaign for the Coronial Inquest into the deaths of five volunteer firefighters); Ansett Engineering (communications program to support an organisational change management project); Lend Lease (launch of first two retail shopping centres in Victoria); Cadbury Schweppes (issues management and new product launches); National Mutual Holdings public share offer (managing the retail and institutional investor road shows); and Arnotts (extortion threat).

SIUSAN’S extensive experience working with State and Local Government agencies and authorities, often on very sensitive and complex issues, stems from 20 years experience in the Victorian Public Sector. Her career has included:
- The role of Marketing and Communications Manager at the Occupational Health and Safety Authority, where she was responsible for introducing the landmark annual campaign, Workplace Health and Safety Week.
- Executive Manager Public Affairs at CFA, where she was responsible for internal communication with 60,000 volunteers and staff, all external communications and many sensitive issues including the deaths of five volunteer fire fighters at Linton, numerous significant bushfires and the Longford Royal Commission and Coronial Inquiries.
- Upgrade of City of Melbourne’s emergency management communication policy, bringing together multiple and complex stakeholders including Council staff, Councillors, emergency agencies, and business groups to work cooperatively to achieve Council's emergency management goals.
- Ongoing internal communications counsel to the Victorian Building Commission, particularly to introduce the Commission’s ground-breaking work/life balance philosophy.
- Development and implementation of the Get Active Challenge – a men’s health pilot program conducted for the Department of Planning and Community Development.
